Prepare your batch

One URL per line · Up to 500 · Blank destination lines are ignored.

Marketing channel

Use the same name across related placements.

The five standard tags are replaced on every destination. Blank optional tags are removed; other parameters and page anchors are preserved.

Use different content values per URL

Match the order of non-blank destinations. Blank or missing override lines use the shared content above. Each value can contain up to 200 characters.

Your URLs and settings stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to generate your result.

02

Your campaign batch

Your launch sheet, ready in one pass.

Add your destinations and shared tags to preview and export the complete batch.

FROM INPUT TO LAUNCH

Prepare the whole campaign together.

01

Collect your campaign destinations

Paste one website URL per line, up to 500. Blank destination lines are ignored; repeated URLs remain separate rows so you can tag different placements.

02

Apply shared labels and placement details

Set source, medium, and campaign once for the batch. Use a shared content label or enter content overrides in the same order as your destination list.

03

Export the launch sheet

Preview each destination and its final tagged URL. Copy all URLs for publishing or batch shortening, or download CSV to share the campaign sheet with your team.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you export your batch.

Read the batch shortening guide
How do content overrides match destinations?

The first override line belongs to the first non-blank destination, the second to the second, and so on. Blank or missing override lines use the shared content value. Extra non-blank override lines are rejected so placements do not silently shift.

Are duplicate destinations removed?

No. A single page may need different links for separate creatives or placements. Every non-blank destination line produces a result in the same order.

What happens if one URL is invalid?

The builder reports its original line number and leaves the batch ungenerated. Fix that line and build again so you can export a complete batch without missing rows.

What does the CSV contain?

The CSV includes row number, original normalized destination, the five shared or overridden UTM values, and the final campaign URL. Values that could be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas receive a leading apostrophe in CSV cells; the generated campaign URL retains the actual tag values.
