FROM INPUT TO PRINT

Choose a dark color and pattern. A white background and clear border keep the code readable. SVG scales cleanly; PNG works well in everyday design tools.
Scan your downloaded code with a phone, then test a sample at its intended print size. Keep the clear border and avoid placing artwork over the code.
This tool encodes your URL directly. The image has no LinkSplit expiry or subscription requirement. It will keep pointing to that URL; the destination website still needs to remain available.
A static code always contains the same URL. To change destinations through LinkSplit, create and print a managed QR code instead. Signing up later does not change the URL inside a code you have already printed.
The free image does not report scans to LinkSplit. UTM tags can help your destination analytics attribute visits. For LinkSplit scan reporting, create a trackable QR code in your account.
Use PNG when your design tool needs a raster image. Use SVG for flexible resizing and print layouts. Both downloads retain the code’s clear border.
