LINKSPLIT HELP

Plans, usage & account settings

Understand allowances, manage billing and keep your account accessible.

Find your plan allowances

Open Settings to see your current plan, stored-link allowance, new links created this month and monthly tracked-click allowance. View plans shows the available plans and feature limits.

Current paid plans limit new links created each month and include unlimited stored links. Free and trial plans limit stored links. Plans also set allowances for destinations per rotator, saved pixels, custom domains and links per batch. Expiration and batch creation also depend on your plan. Your editor shows the allowances relevant to the action you are taking. Legacy plans can have different entitlements, so use the limits displayed for your account.

If you reach a monthly new-link allowance, upgrade or wait for the next month. Existing links and editing remain available; deleting links does not refund creation usage. Free and trial users can delete unused links to free stored-link slots. Deletion stops those published links and leaves their URL names reserved. Removing a custom domain or saved pixel frees that resource’s capacity but can affect links using it.

Monthly tracked-click usage

The Dashboard’s usage strip shows account-wide tracked-click usage for the current UTC calendar month. Usage is shared across links, rather than being an individual allowance for each link. It resets at the start of the next UTC month, not on each subscription payment date.

When the allowance is reached, links continue to redirect, but analytics and pixels pause. Tracking resumes when the allowance increases or the new UTC month starts. Untracked traffic from the pause is not added to analytics later. Visit-based expiration can still count those redirects.

Deleting links or resetting statistics does not reduce the month’s tracked-click usage.

Manage your subscription

Use View plans to select an available plan and billing interval. Follow checkout to complete your purchase. Use Settings → Manage billing to open the billing portal for payment details and available subscription or cancellation actions.

Review the terms and effective dates shown in checkout or the billing portal before confirming a change. If billing is temporarily unavailable, try again later or contact support. Do not submit repeated purchases while waiting for an account update.

Verification, sign-in and passwords

For email verification, use Resend verification email in the Dashboard or Settings. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password and follow the reset email. Expired verification or reset links require a fresh email.

Accounts with a password can change it in Settings using the current password and matching new entries. New passwords must be 8–128 characters. Password changes revoke existing sessions, so sign in again when asked. Google-only accounts may not show a password-change form; use the same sign-in method you used to register.

Delete your account

In Settings → Delete account, expand the deletion control, type DELETE and submit. This cancels subscriptions immediately and stops all your short links. Link names remain reserved. Account deletion cannot be undone.

If the account shows deletion pending, return to Settings and retry to finish cancelling subscriptions and closing it. Use the billing portal if you only want to manage a subscription; account deletion also stops your links.
